Nous expédions vos commandes depuis Paris avec Colissimo, en France et à l’international. La livraison standard est offerte dès 135 € d’achat pour la France métropolitaine et l’Union européenne. Pour les autres destinations, les frais de livraison dépendent de la destination et du poids du colis et sont indiqués lors du paiement. Ils comprennent une participation aux frais d’emballage et de préparation.

Tous nos produits sont enregistrés selon les normes européennes et développés au Japon. Si nos produits sont endommagés ou si vous avez reçu un produit qui ne correspond pas à votre commande, nous vous remboursons le montant total des produits retournés. Si vous ne recevez pas votre commande dans le délai estimé, veuillez contacter notre support online@en-spa.fr et notre personnel vous accompagnera dans le suivi de cette dernière.

We ship orders from Paris with Colissimo, within France and internationally. Standard shipping is free for orders of €135 or more to metropolitan France and the European Union. For other destinations, shipping is charged according to the destination and parcel weight. The applicable charge is shown at checkout and includes an allowance for packaging and handling.

All our products are EU registered products that are developed in Japan. If our products are damaged or if you have received a product that doesn’t correspond to the product that you have ordered, we will correct your order, or provide a 100% refund for these returned products. For online purchases on the EN online store, our customers reserve the right to return a product purchased online within 14 days of the purchase, as long as products have not been opened, used, damaged, or broken. If you do not receive your order within the estimated time, please contact our support at online@en-spa.fr and our staff will support you with your order.
